As a building owner's representative or consultant, we support you in the phase-appropriate implementation of your building projects and accompany you in the strategic planning, project planning, realization and especially also in the commissioning after completion. In doing so, we support you in defining the objectives and ordering your building, conduct price, performance and architectural competitions as well as study contracts and ensure smooth cooperation between the parties involved. We have expert knowledge in all life cycle phases and know the needs of investors, clients, operating organizations, property managers and especially the users well from many years of project experience in complex construction projects.

We check and monitor the costs, deadlines and quality of your construction project and inform you regularly about the current status. You decide how closely we accompany you or whether we take care of the successful implementation of your construction project on your behalf.

Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)

Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) is a still young approach to project management in the construction industry, in which various parties involved in the construction process, such as architectural firms, contractors and owners, work together in a partnership-like manner to achieve a common project goal. Efficient and early collaboration as well as the quality of the finished object are at the center of all considerations. 

IPD relies on a collaborative approach to help reduce delays, cost overruns, and conflicts on the job site. The various parties share the risks and benefits arising from the project. The details of this are set out in a contractual framework.

We help you identify construction projects where this type of project management may be worthwhile and define how such a project should be set up. We analyze the risks and opportunities that arise for the client or customer as well as for the other parties and show you the respective added value. IPD can be ideally combined and complemented with other project methods such as Lean Construction or Agile Design Management.
