Clients: Digital Real Estate

Our mission

Digital transformation is changing business models, work processes and existing organisational structures and thus the people who live and work in this reality. This fact provides the real estate sector with enormous opportunities but at the same time presents it with great challenges. On the one hand, shorter innovation cycles require agile methods and presuppose flat hierarchies; on the other, innovative technologies call into question proven, sector-specific business models.

Lasting four days, the study tour is aimed at companies connected with the real estate sector as well as executives, project managers, change agents and innovation managers wishing to actively shape the digital transformation.

Solution

In a world of rapid digital change, it is vital for business leaders to get to know the opportunities and risks of digitisation and to be able to assess the implications of the impending changes for the real estate sector.

The pom+ Innovation Week helps companies, managers and executives understand the interplay of social, economic and technological factors and embark on the first steps towards enabling the next innovation to break through. On a joint study trip to Berlin, participants will learn about the world of start-ups and incubator and accelerator programmes. PropTech trends are classified and potential influences on your own company are explored in joint workshops. The tours are accompanied at all times by pom+CEO and HWZ lecturer Dr Peter Staub (Head, CAS Digital Real Estate Management).

On the study tour, the basic methodology of innovation management is explained and discussed. Building on this, trends, technologies and solutions are discussed, assessed and prioritised from the client’s standpoint. As a result, it is obvious to the ISS which decisions it should be taking regarding digitisation and what projects it should be implementing.
