pom+ turns 30!

pom+ was founded in 1996 with a clear idea: to think real estate holistically and to lead projects to success through strong partnerships. This marked the starting point of a company that continues to combine expertise, responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking to this day.

At the same time as relocating within Technopark Zurich, pom+ welcomed its tenth employee. The team grew – as did the diversity of skills and perspectives that continue to shape our projects.

pom+ applied for the ESPRIX Award for the first time and immediately won the award for innovation and continuous learning. A recognition of the courage to explore new paths, challenge existing approaches and consciously shape development.

In 2008, pom+ reached a decisive milestone by winning the Swiss ESPRIX Award – one of the most prestigious distinctions for excellence in organisational development. The award recognised our clear structures, high quality standards and consistent focus on sustainable impact.

With the opening of our Lausanne office, we strategically expanded our presence in Switzerland. This step enabled us to support clients in the French-speaking part of Switzerland more closely and to develop national real estate portfolios with local expertise and a broader, cross-regional perspective.

The year 2015 marked a turning point in the digital era: pom+ launched the Digital Real Estate Summit – the annual meeting point for professionals and decision-makers in the real estate industry. Through this format, we established a platform for dialogue and knowledge exchange on the digital transformation of the sector.

In 2018, pom+ took its first step beyond Switzerland with the establishment of its first office in Germany. This move not only expanded our geographical reach, but also integrated international perspectives and new client groups into our work – further strengthening our presence in an increasingly connected real estate world.

In 2022, pom+ relocated its headquarters to new, contemporary office spaces on Limmatstrasse in Zurich. The move symbolises our development: more room for collaboration, and more space for creativity and exchange.

With the launch of the partnership with Whitepeaks in 2025, we opened a new chapter. Together, we are further expanding our market presence in Switzerland and internationally. This strategic collaboration strengthens our range of solutions in digitalisation and sustainability – topics of high relevance for our clients and the industry.

In 2026, we celebrate a special milestone: 30 years of pom+. Three decades shaped by partnerships, change and a relentless ambition to create impact. This anniversary is not only a look back, but also a look ahead – together with the people and organisations that have accompanied our journey and continue to shape it with us.

Our story does not end with an anniversary. It remains open to new perspectives, new partnerships, and challenges that today may only be visible on the horizon.
