pom+ has been supporting the Sport Academy Zurich for over ten years. The Sport Academy Zurich (SAZ) is a public school accredited by the Secondary School and Vocational Training Office of the Canton of Zurich. It enables students to complete a fully-fledged apprenticeship as a commercial clerk EFZ within four years and at the same time to develop their sporting or dancing talent with high intensity.
pom+ offers traineeships for two years. We support them professionally and personally, introduce them to the world of work, give them an insight into various departments and prepare them for the final school and vocational examinations.
Like everything else we do, our recruitment process is smart. That's why we work with softfactors, a cloud-based application solution that not only collects CVs, but also focuses on your personal skills - so-called soft factors. Because we don't just want to celebrate your skills and successes, we want to get to know you as a person with all your facets.
So we don't just evaluate the facts from your CV, but also a variety of personal attributes such as your communication and teamwork skills. The first thing you do in the application process is to take a look at our requirements profile, where you give us an insight into your personality, talents and skills within 15 minutes.
If it suits both sides, you will soon receive a call and be invited to the first interview. This takes up to an hour and can take place either online or on site. Usually, your future supervisor and a member of the HR team will be present at the first interview. We discuss your profile, find out what makes you tick and answer your questions about the job.
If we both decide to continue the interview, you will receive an individual case to prepare for the second round, which you will present in the personal interview. We are interested in how you deal with problems, how you proceeded, what solution you present and what thoughts were important to you. Depending on the position and the job, the second interview will also be accompanied by a specialist.
Afterwards, we want to hear from you whether you are still interested and will let you know as soon as possible whether we would like to welcome you as a new team member at pom+. If you have applied for a leadership role, you will also get to know your future team before joining.
