The employees of pom+Consulting AG are permanently assigned to a specialist organisational unit (service unit). Employee management takes place in this line organisation. The primary organisation, however, is the project organisation, which is put together in an agile manner and dissolved again after the completion of a project. All employees can thus take on different roles in different project teams. When specific needs arise in projects, pom+ brings in additional specialists from its own multidisciplinary resource pool, while keeping the core team stable throughout the course of the project.
For strategically relevant internal topics, so-called topic boards are formed in addition to the project and line organisation. These can be fixed or flexible depending on the topic. Examples of such boards are the culture board, which takes care of the team spirit thanks to actions and measures, the sales board, which is dedicated to stringent market cultivation, or the leadership board, which takes care of the continuous empowerment of the managers.
