Modern working conditions

Our digital mindset is also expressed in the design of our working environment. We work at home, on the road or in the office - depending on the daily schedule and our clients' wishes. Flexibility is very important to us. That's why we don't have fixed workstations and dusty telephone systems, but work zones, project rooms and telephone booths - and of course the pom+Café at our headquarters in Zurich, which can easily compete with a fancy coffee shop. Except that our sofas are more comfortable, made of sustainable materials and our coffee tastes worlds better.
