With cost and space benchmarking, deviations and potential for improvement can be identified and options for action and potential savings for individual properties and rental spaces can be defined, evaluated and realised. In addition, benchmarking can be used to derive measures to reduce operating costs and increase the efficiency of the building. A comparison of key figures also supports the evaluation of investments and the associated risks.

The benchmarks of pom+ are based on the largest space and cost data pool in Switzerland, which can also be purchased separately - standardised as a reference work or individualised for your property depending on use, size, location, rental income potential and year of construction.
