Our mission

F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG manages a comprehensive data model in CREM. Due to the non-uniform data structure and insufficient data specification, the use and evaluation of different building data is time-consuming and complex. The goal is to graphically display and process the building information based on the existing data in a simple, "real-time" and stakeholder-friendly manner, thus creating transparency.

Solution

Development of a Building Information Cockpit (BIC), which makes all relevant building operation data available in one place. A central data model was built in the background, which aggregates and links information from various source systems on a monthly basis.This data is visualized in the form of interactive dashboards on topics such as building costs, workplaces, vacancy rates, energy management, etc.. With the BIC, all stakeholders can access the information relevant to them at the touch of a button.
