At the event, we will demonstrate how real estate companies can prepare for the use of AI and make more targeted use of their data. You can look forward to an informative and practical discussion on AI readiness, PropTech innovations and practical examples that are already transforming the industry in the long term.
From data platforms and system integration to AI-powered property solutions, this event offers a hands-on insight into the steps required to move from concept to actual implementation. Participants will gain practical insights into how companies can structure and link their internal data, align their organisation with AI models and agents, and meaningfully supplement their own data through external platforms and PropTech solutions.
Speakers
Fabio Staub from pom+ will examine the corporate and IT infrastructure perspective and demonstrate how companies can lay the foundations for AI – by building data platforms, integrating systems and systematically preparing the organisation to make better use of existing data. His presentation will include practical examples as well as a live Microsoft-based demo.
Ali Baghdadi from QuantHome brings a PropTech perspective to the discussion and explains how structured property data is already being put to practical use by clients today. He demonstrates how the QuantHome platform utilises AI and data, and how clients can combine external data sources with their internal data to unlock new applications.
