Zurich, 10 January 2024. pom+Consulting AG, a consulting firm specialising in real estate, infrastructure and organisations, is further expanding its management team: Dr Tanja Pohle will become a new partner and member of the Executive Board on 1 January 2024.
As new generations enter the world of work and digitalisation continues to advance, the notion of a productive working environment and the demands placed on organisations are changing. pom+ has been intensively supporting this change for many years and has established itself as an expert in organisational development and process design in the real estate industry. In her previous role as Head of Service Unit Organisation & Processes, Tanja Pohle played a key role in shaping this development and established a new consulting service in the area of workplace solutions.
"The coronavirus pandemic has further increased and permanently changed the demand for smart offices and new work concepts," explains Managing Partner Giuseppe Bilotta. "Tanja Pohle has tackled these issues with great commitment and successfully expanded our service portfolio. With her appointment as Partner and member of the Executive Board, we are ensuring that her expertise and experience will now also flow into the strategic management of the company."
Tanja Pohle has been with pom+ since 2013, initially as a senior consultant in the area of client consulting and later as a division manager, where she was responsible for project-related quality management (PQM) for the Mall of Switzerland, among other things. In 2019, she took over the management of the organisational and process development team. After graduating in civil engineering from the Technical University of Berlin, she completed a doctorate in construction management science at ETH Zurich on the subject of risk management and later completed an MBA in business engineering at the University of St. Gallen. Commenting on her new role, the Berlin native says: "In recent years, I have been able to support various clients in the transformation of their organisational DNA and also introduce new consulting methods, including design thinking and Lego Serious Play. I am now looking forward to making my contribution to the management of pom+ and further anchoring the principles of New Work in the property industry."
"In her 10 years at pom+, Tanja Pohle has made a name for herself as an innovative specialist and manager with a wide range of skills and a passion for the topics of the networked world. These values are in line with our corporate culture and support our user promise of connecting organisations, real estate and IT systems," adds Dr Peter Staub, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
