Zurich, 3 February 2026. pom+Consulting Ltd. («pom+») is expanding its management team, sending a clear signal for sustainable growth and continuity. As of 2026, seven new partners will be joining the company’s management team. Each of the new partners has been with pom+ for several years and is responsible for key specialist and business areas within the organisation.
Swiss consulting company pom+ is expanding its management team. Seven new partners – Laurent Amstutz, Friedel Bachmann, Patrick Pick, Jan Ruffner, Fabio Staub, Michel Van Mark and Benjamin Walther – are joining pom+'s management team with immediate effect. The new partners have proven expertise and many years of experience in various disciplines, which they have been able to continuously build on and develop in their previous roles at pom+.
Seven new partners with long-standing experience
Laurent Amstutz has been actively involved in the development and management of comprehensive real estate projects for many years. As Practice Leader Building & Operations, responsible for Construction Project Management in the French-speaking region of Switzerland, he has been in charge of managing complex client mandates in the area of owner’s representative services since 2023 contributing his expertise in strategic real estate development, project organisation, cost, schedule and quality management.
Friedel Bachmann joined pom+ in 2019. He has a wealth of expertise in sustainability and has had a significant impact on the area of sustainability during his many years at pom+. Since 2023, he has been Practice Leader Sustainability with a focus on Sustainable Portfolios and Product lead for energyGIDO.
As Practice Leader, Patrick Pick took over the BIM/LCDM division in 2022. He brings his expertise in BIM (Building Information Modelling) and Lifecycle Data Management, as well as his extensive experience in owner’s representative services and digital project execution, to a wide range of complex client projects.
Over the past four years at pom+, Fabio Staub has been supporting companies in implementing modern data and process platforms as well as in digitising, automating and developing apps for their business processes. As Practice Leader, he plays a key role in shaping the implementation and strategic development of consulting services in this area.
Jan Ruffner has been working at pom+ in the field of data strategy and AI since 2024. He enables data-driven decisions by improving data quality, developing data products such as BI reporting and advising companies on setting up future-proof data architectures for AI applications. As Practice Leader, he is responsible for the professional development of this area.
Michel Van Mark joined pom+ in 2017 and has extensive experience in managing complex projects, process optimisation and sustainable real estate development. He provides clients with comprehensive support for complex projects – from development and the formulation of marketing strategies to operations. As Practice Leader Sustainability with a focus on Sustainable Company, he is responsible for this area in French-speaking Switzerland.
Benjamin Walther has been with pom+ since 2016 and has been Practice Leader Portfolio Strategies & Performance since 2024. He is a proven expert and lecturer in real estate management with many years of experience in strategic organisational development, as well as in digitalization and construction projects. In his work, he ensures the profitability and future viability of organisations and real estate portfolios.
New location managers for Basel and Lausanne
In addition to the appointment of new partners, the location management teams for Basel and Lausanne are being reorganised. Benjamin Walther is now responsible for managing the Basel location. He takes over from Reto Cajacob, who will remain in the company in an advisory role. Michel Van Mark will take over management of the Lausanne branch. Stéphane Maye will also remain in the company as a partner and on the management board.

With the appointment of seven new partners, pom+ is focusing on an organically grown management culture. The new partners are familiar with the company and its values from many years of collaboration and stand for the continuous development of the service portfolio.
