Our Mission

With a total leasable area of 65,000 m2, Ebikon Lucerne was to become the second largest shopping and vacation destination in Switzerland. The mall includes, among other things, 150 shopping stores, gastronomy, a multiplex cinema and a fitness / wellness center. For the realization of the shopping center "Mall of Switzerland", FREO Switzerland AG was commissioned as development manager and Halter AG as total contractor. 

Procedure

pom+ was commissioned by FREO to safeguard the interests of the client with regard to the timely, cost-efficient and high-quality construction of the Mall of Switzerland, including the parking and the outdoor area.
