Our Mission
Technopark Zurich consists of six five-story wings connected by a three-story lobby. An extension was to be built to create additional office space that would accommodate the various tenant needs thanks to a maximally flexible room layout.
Approach
The two-story extension above the Wandelhalle was realized as a steel and reinforced concrete structure while the Technopark remained in operation. The building envelope was constructed in accordance with the Minergie standard. In order to ensure the spatial flexibility of use, various static and technical building adjustments had to be made to the existing building.
