Our mission

Serliana AG realized a site development in Feldmeilen at the corner of Schwabachstrasse and Feldgüetliweg with five apartment buildings (four new buildings and one conversion of a listed building) for sale as condominiums.

Procedure

During the phases of project planning up to and including realization, pom+ was commissioned on the one hand as an independent construction trustee for the direct reporting to the financing bank, and on the other hand as a consultant for the building owner.
